Kusakabe Noboru, a Tokyo college freshman, suffers from a childhood trauma that left him terrified of women — especially those with large breasts. Talking to them is impossible, and touching them is completely out of the question. Unsurprisingly, he’s still a virgin. One night, after another failed attempt to talk to girls with his best (and only) friend Takahashi, the two stumble upon a massive building called Devil Ecstasy. Inside, they discover it’s actually a brothel. Takahashi convinces Noboru to take this chance to lose their virginity. Noboru chooses Meruru, a cute flat-chested girl, while Takahashi picks the alluring Celine. But Noboru’s fear of women gets the best of him, and nothing happens. The next day, Takahashi mysteriously dies — and Noboru learns a horrifying truth: the women at Devil Ecstasy are actually succubi, preying on men to drain their life force!
